This is a favorite self-tanner, as noted in our post Sun, Meet Reality. As far as scents go, it is pleasantly rosy and bears no resemblance to the chemical-type smell you often find with similar products. The lotion is easy to apply and there is no evidence of streaks.

While some external reviews have claimed the gradual skin coloring comes too slow and can streak, the opposite has been true for us here at Twenty Nickels. Perhaps it depends on individual starting skin tones. In which case, the smaller 6.8 fluid oz option might be best as an initial try out. It’s worth noting that the version used in our domicile touted a New & Improved Formula which has been in play for the last six months or so. We definitely give it two thumbs up!
