Our Philosophy

Tucked into the rolling hills of Paso Robles, Twenty Nickels was born from a simple truth: life gets richer when you slow down, look up, and savor the good stuff. Our story blends two worlds—Moe from Italy, Jo from Los Angeles—but we landed on the same dream: a life with less traffic, more sky, and a whole lot more time for the people (and animals) we love.

At Twenty Nickels, we share what it really looks like to trade the big city for wide-open country. Not the glossy, dust-free Instagram version—think feeding spoiled cows at sunrise, listening to coyotes tune up with our dog, and trudging through knee-deep mud after a storm because ranch chores don’t get rain delays. And yes, in between all the chaos, those Paso Robles sunsets still manage to knock the wind out of us.
